The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).
The Supplier may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.

If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of the Supplier) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Supplier, the Supplier may:
store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or
sell the goods at the best readily obtainable price and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods.

On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to the Supplier. Should you fail to return the goods, the Supplier reserves the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by the Supplier in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.

    • You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for media which has been unsealed by you, or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, save where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods.

  12. Unwanted Goods - Cooling off Period

All contracts between Target Television Limited and the customer are governed by the Distance Selling Regulations. These regulations are in place to offer protection to customers who purchase goods on the Internet and other mail order type transactions

Within these regulations, the customer has the right to a 'cooling off period' of 7 working days beginning on the day after the day that delivery of the goods takes place to the consumer. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of orders for the purchase of audio CD’s, where the item has been unsealed. Please note, the cooling off period will not apply in cases where the goods have been used or are not in as new condition (i.e., are not in exactly the same condition as they were when despatched). In all cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to TARGET TELEVISION LIMITED.

  13. Guarantee

Should any of our media perform in an unsatisfactory manner the item must be returned for replacement. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their equipment is capable of playing the media.

  14. Faulty Media

Should it be discovered that the customer has received faulty media, the faulty item must be returned to TARGET TELEVISION LIMITED for replacement. We will test and if found to be faulty, we will replace it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  15. Law

Any contract between the customer and Target Television Limited will be governed by English law.
Any claims made against Target Television Limited within the small claims court system must be filed in a Cheshire court.

  16. Returns Policy

If after 7 working days the customer is not entirely happy with their purchase, they can return it for exchange or refund provided the seal has not been broken. We cannot accept returns for unwanted items once the seal has been broken. This excludes delivery charges. They should send an email to returns@target-television.com, stating the product they wish to return, the reason, the date they bought it and, if they would like to exchange, and their preferred replacement product. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
When returning goods please DO NOT write on the actual product itself. Please package the products well, as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by mis-handling. Once we have the goods, we will either ship the replacement, or refund the customer’s card.
As soon as we receive notice of cancellation of order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
